Enjoy a private session in a fully outfitted Gratz equipped studio. Each session we will work on the various apparatus including the reformer, cadillac, ladder barrel, spine corrector and more! I will tailor each session to your needs, and help you to find body awareness, strength and flexibility as we work through the classical system.

Duet Session

$60/per person
1 hour

Bring a friend! Flow together through a classical session using the reformers, towers and mats. Our focus will be on strength and flexibility. Sharing the Pilates experience with a partner helps maintain momentum and form, plus, it's fun!
